I was once privileged enough to be n a deep sea fishing trip with my father once. One of the many fishing trips we went on that rarely ever fished where the journey and camping were the goal to see sites we have never encountered before and have fun with a man wiser than I will ever be. For I will always cherish every moment spent with my family since i am blessed to have a good family and attempt to express that wherever I may.

The day was chilled like this one, when the boat we were on had a nice little galley on it, and I had the best burgers of my life. We didn't catch very much but I remember the scene as we headed into the ocean from the California coast. It was extremely foggy and we passed a light house that emerged from the sea as a glowing spot in the distance until I realized we were right upon the small light house like this one at the end of a tidal barrier. We were only a few feet from it and I could seemingly reach out and touch it. There was a slight mist in the air as if you could cut it with a sword, but as soon as the sun came up the fog lifted in a blink of the eye, it was gone as if it never happened.

There is something about being on the water that I love weather being on a boat or swimming in a lake, stream, river, pond or pool. I love the water, and seek it out whenever I can.

This scene looks like it wasn't created by separate elements, but a photograph taken at the moment you passed a small light house. Giving mariners a gift of site as they try to navigate treacherous seas like this one, since it is easy to lose your way when you can’t see your hand in front of your face because it's dark and foggy. To be able to see a glimmer of help on the horizon is a gift for the helplessly lost in the times of despair and give a beacon home to see your family again and admire those who didn't make it that far, they will ride the water for those who like it that way.

I won’t critique this one, for it doesn't need any I like it the way it is and hope you realize that too
